The work
The project story.
The client had six Veneta Classic roller blinds of different sizes ready for installation in a Valby apartment. The planned position was inside each window recess, fixed to the upper face of the opening.
Before Fixera took over, a DIY installation attempt had stalled at one of the windows. One hole could be drilled, while the second fixing point closer to the window was much more difficult to access and drill. Photos of almost all the openings, together with a close view of the problem area, were used for a remote assessment before the installation was confirmed.
The six blinds were installed on 25 August 2026 across window openings with different proportions. The work required careful drilling and positioning inside the recesses, where small placement errors would remain highly visible against the window frames.
The finished installation gives the apartment a consistent result across tall and wide openings while keeping each blind visually integrated with its own recess. The project demonstrates the value of careful positioning when the product itself has to sit cleanly within an existing architectural opening.
