This policy explains what personal information Fixera may receive, why it is used, who may process it and what rights you may have.

Who is responsible for your information?

Fixera is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact Fixera about privacy or the handling of your information using the details below.

FixeraCVR 43921746contact@fixera.dk+45 71 87 64 21Copenhagen, Denmark

Information Fixera may receive

The information received depends on how you contact Fixera and what is needed for the enquiry or work.

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • A street, area or job location.
  • A description of the job.
  • Messages and relevant conversation history.
  • Photos or files you voluntarily send through a communication channel that supports them.
  • Appointment and job information.
  • Invoicing, payment and business-record information where applicable.

Website enquiries and Formspree

Fixera uses Formspree to process and deliver enquiries submitted through the website Contact form. The information entered in the form is sent through Formspree and stored in Fixera's Formspree account so Fixera can receive and respond to the enquiry.

Limited enquiry attribution

When the Contact form is used, limited source information may be included with the enquiry to help Fixera understand its context. This is not used for profiling.

  • The selected language and current page pathname.
  • The previous same-origin page pathname, if available.
  • The origin of an external referring website, if available.
  • UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term values present in the current URL.

Website analytics

Fixera uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only if you actively allow Analytics. If you reject Analytics, GA4 is not loaded and the website and contact options continue to work normally.

With consent, GA4 uses cookies and similar identifiers to provide aggregated statistics about page views, sessions, users, landing pages, acquisition channels and limited contact interactions. Fixera does not send contact-form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, Client IDs or Job IDs to GA4.

Fixera measures clicks that open WhatsApp, phone and email as contact intent. A contact_form_submit event is sent only after Formspree accepts the website enquiry. These analytics events do not establish that a customer relationship or job exists.

Google provides GA4 and receives analytics data when Analytics is enabled. Google may process analytics data outside the EEA under applicable transfer safeguards. Analytics consent can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer.

GA4 is currently configured to retain event data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months.

Why information is used and the legal bases

Fixera uses relevant information to respond to enquiries, evaluate requested work, prepare quotations and take steps requested before an agreement is made. Information may also be used to perform and manage agreed work, communicate with customers and carry out normal operational and business administration.

These activities generally rely on taking requested pre-contractual steps, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations such as accounting requirements, or Fixera's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Consent is used only where the specific processing actually relies on consent.

Processors and recipients

Formspree processes website form submissions for Fixera. Information may also be handled by website hosting and infrastructure providers, communication services chosen by the customer, and normal business administration or accounting services where relevant.

Information is shared only where reasonably needed for the relevant purpose or where disclosure is required by law. Fixera does not sell personal information.

Google receives and processes website analytics data when Analytics consent is granted.

International processing

Formspree states that its infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Its data-processing arrangements for GDPR customers use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. You can contact Fixera using the privacy contact details below for information about these safeguards and how to obtain a copy. This statement concerns Formspree and should not be read as a general statement about every service Fixera may use.

Google may also process GA4 data outside the EEA under applicable international-transfer safeguards.

How long information is kept

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry, job, operational, dispute or legal purpose. Retention therefore depends on the type of record and why it is needed.

Danish bookkeeping obligations can require accounting and bookkeeping material to be retained for five years from the end of the relevant financial year. This does not mean that every customer message or all operational information is automatically kept for five years.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing and receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing actually relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

The exact rights and possible limits depend on the processing circumstances and applicable law. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Deletion and privacy requests

Contact Fixera by email if you want to make a deletion or other privacy request. Provide only enough identifying information to locate the relevant enquiry, job or record.

Some information may still need to be retained where a legal obligation or another valid legal basis applies.

Automated decision-making

Fixera does not make customer decisions based solely on automated processing or profiling. The limited enquiry attribution described above is not used as automated decision-making or profiling.

Required and optional information

Some information is needed to evaluate or respond to an enquiry, prepare a quotation or perform requested work. If necessary information is not provided, Fixera may be unable to proceed.

Optional information does not need to be supplied when it is not relevant.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Fixera's processing, services or legal obligations change. The update date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect.
